Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship talents are highly valued and needed in today's society. Such talents are related to the development power of the industry and even the country, and are the main factors to maintain the strong endogenous power of industry innovation and development. At the same time, innovation and entrepreneurship talents are relatively broad in personal development prospects, and can be independent earlier. In this case, modern education advocates innovation and entrepreneurship education, which should be integrated into the teaching of different courses, and the teaching of management is no exception. It is necessary to reform the current teaching system to promote the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Around this point, this paper will carry out relevant research work, based on the teaching of management course, discusses the basic requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship education, points out the problems in the teaching status of management course (the problems that are not conducive to the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents are the path of teaching reform), and finally puts forward the methods to solve the problems.
