Construction of Evaluation System for Postgraduate Scholarship and Financial Aid——A Case Study of College of Horticulture, Gansu Agricultural University

Abstract

Abstract: With the increasing enrollment scale of postgraduates, especially the proportion of professional postgraduates increases year by year, it is particularly important to further improve the evaluation system of Postgraduates' awards and grants. Taking Gansu Agricultural University as an example, this paper constructs the corresponding detailed rules for the evaluation of awards and grants for different types of postgraduates, discusses the existing problems in this process, further optimizes the detailed rules for the evaluation of awards and grants, and expounds the important role of diversified forms of postgraduates' awards and grants evaluation system in the cultivation of postgraduates, fully stimulate the potential effectiveness of graduate awards and grants, ensure the fairness and impartiality of the evaluation system, and encourage graduate students to study hard, forge ahead and become talents in an all-round way.
