Abstract: The development and progress of society can not be separated from the injection of fresh blood. As the hope of our country's future development, the majority of teenagers bear very important social responsibility. As the leading organization of the youth, the Communist Youth League must innovate its work content, work concept and work method to keep pace with the times.
