Research on the Significance and Countermeasures of Frustration Education for Vocational College Students

Abstract: Frustration education is to enable people to adapt to social development and face great setbacks and failures in their careers and future life with a positive and correct attitude, so as to better realize life education. It is an indispensable part in current student education. Education in higher vocational colleges is even more important at present. Vocational college students will face more problems after entering the society and bear pressure from society and life. To a certain extent, this is also part of the frustration. In order to allow students to correctly understand setbacks and improve their psychological endurance, it is of great significance to study the current problems of student frustration education and to propose countermeasures.
