Exploration and Practice of Innovative Training Mode of Medical English Translators in Medical Colleges

Abstract: With the increasing frequency of talent exchange in China, the training of medical talents also needs to be paid attention to. Medical college is a special place to cultivate talents in the field of medical and health. Medical students majoring in Chinese English translation need to have abundant English translation ability and devote themselves to English literature research and writing. The cultivation of innovative English translators requires medical college education and teaching staff to integrate theory with practice and provide targeted and representative training methods. In this paper, based on the perspective of Special English, through literature research and investigation, the problems and disadvantages of English translation talents training in the current market are clarified. Combined with the teaching concepts of "dynamic equivalence" and "project teaching method", the cultivation measures of English translation talents are deeply studied to help students establish correct translation concepts and develop good English translation methods. To lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of medical forensic talents.
