Abstract: College students are high-quality talents trained through years of efforts under China's education system. They have mastered a high level of professional knowledge and are the main body and main support to realize sustainable development and the Chinese dream. Therefore, in addition to economic investment and policy support, innovation driven development strategy also needs a large number of high-quality college students who have mastered professional knowledge. They are also the main force in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship in the future. Building a rigorous innovation and entrepreneurship education system for college students is an effective measure to adapt to the economic environment of the new era, and it is also an important topic in the future work of colleges and universities. This paper will discuss the basic concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education system, the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education system, and how to change the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities.
