Abstract: As the lifeline of higher education, the quality of education is the trend and requirement of the times. With the deepening of the reform of higher education and the popularization of higher education, how to improve the quality of higher education has attracted much attention. Under the background of the new era, by reshaping the quality concept of higher education, paying attention to the connotative development of higher education, consolidating the quality of higher education, and cooperating with internal and external factors, enhance the quality awareness of teachers and students, improve the quality of education, run the education that people are satisfied with, and create a world-class professional and first-class university.
