Abstract: Building a teaching team for vocational education teachers is urgently needed to implement Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, and to fully implement the national reform and implementation plan for vocational education. This article focuses on the direction of the Industrial Internet, this paper introduces some thoughts on the construction of teaching teams in high-level vocational colleges from five aspects of strengthening the construction of team teachers' ability, establishing the team building cooperation community, optimizing the course system based on the "1 + x" certificate system, innovating the teaching mode of "school-enterprise cooperation, module succession, project penetration" of team collaboration, and constructing the operation mechanism of OKR for quality control.
