The Reform and Practice of Cognitive Education in the Employment Guidance Courses for College Students in Private Universities

Abstract: Employment guidance for college students is a practical course, in the process of teaching reform at the present stage, we should take the needs of students as the starting point, take the employment situation as the basis, and through constantly improving the teaching staff, sum up the advanced teaching methods, improving the employability of students. Taking the reform and practice of the Employment Guidance Course in private colleges as an example, this paper puts forward some practical reforms, such as curriculum reform, policy guidance, innovative teaching evaluation mechanism, etc., strengthening the cognitive education and improving the employment quality of graduates in the reform.
