6S Management Study in Civil Aviation Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: As a business management method, 6S management has been widely implemented in various industries in China since 1987. 6S management emphasizes standard routinization, standardization and normalization in both production management and service process management to ensure the maximum benefit of the project. All parts of the enterprise can be unified, orderly, coordinated and efficient. As the cradle of technical talents in the civil aviation industry, civil aviation vocational colleges aim to develop students' professional skills. Production, services, construction skills are a symbol of students' professional life. By adopting the 6S management model in colleges, the students’ consciousness of self-discipline is greatly improved, which is in favor of developing students sense of responsibility, thus meeting the standard of civil aviation employers.
