Research on the Employment Improvement Strategies of Graduates Majored in Functional Food with Pharmaceutical Background——Taking Shenyang Pharmaceutical University as an Example

Abstract: With the increasingly severe employment situation, employability has become an important factor that directly affects the employment of college students. Taking the actual employment situation of functional food graduates under the background of pharmacy as an example, this paper analyzes the employment situation of functional food graduates from three aspects: professional counterpart rate, conscious re-education trend and career choice diversification through the employment data in recent four years, and analyzed the causes of the problems, analyzed the path to improve the employability of functional food college students, in order to improve the employment quality of functional food college students.
