Abstract: The construction and promotion of modern industrial college is an important way for applied undergraduate colleges to deepen the integration of industry and education, the emergence of the new business model is bound to require the corresponding new business talents, the application of undergraduate business majors need to pay more attention to the cultivation of students' application ability and post skills, through the establishment of modern industrial colleges to achieve the whole process of talent, all-round training. The establishment of modern industrial colleges for business majors should take "talent training, integration and sharing, collaborative innovation" as the main line to realize the new form of spoke network talent training for interactive education between teaching and production, and ensure the operation of industrial colleges through the construction of practical personnel training system the active implementation of teacher optimization and classification development, the clear service orientation, the determination of benefit distribution mechanism, the establishment of effective evaluation and supervision and management system.
