Abstract: With the rapid increase in the number of college students, the employment situation of college graduates is not optimistic. The problem of difficult employment has been widely concerned by the society, and has become one of the main topics of professional education in colleges and universities. This paper mainly analyzes the employment status of college graduates, expounds the necessity of professional education and teaching reform, and explores the implementation path of teaching reform from the aspects of teacher team, curriculum, quality training, etc., so as to provide reference for the employment oriented professional education and teaching reform.
