Reconstruction of the System on Spoken Language under Certification of Primary Education——Taking Longnan Teacher’s College as an Example

Abstract: The certification of teacher major has its basic concept: Student center, output orientation, continuous improvement. Compared with traditional education mode, OBE education concept pays more attention to students' learning outcomes, focuses more on promoting or enhancing "education output", and emphasizes students' ability to analyze and solve problems. In order to cooperate with the new concept of certification, Spoken Language must change the traditional thinking in primary education. It also needs to be readjusted in curriculum objectives, evaluation and content. Specifically, that is to link the objectives with the graduation requirements in the training program; link evaluation with learning objectives; link the approach with the course objectives.
