Difficulties and Effective Coping Strategies of Network Physical Education Teaching

Abstract: This paper probes into the difficulties existing in the teaching of online physical education, and formulates effective strategies. The study found that there are some difficulties in online physical education: (1) limited environmental conditions and teaching content, the monotonicity of the course cannot fully teach the value of physical education; (2) lack of professional knowledge of online physical education; (3) lack of effective teaching effect evaluation program. In order to promote the development of online physical education, it is necessary to change learning strategies and methods to understand the characteristics of online physical education, so as to better teach the value of physical education; secondly, it is necessary to cultivate teachers' teaching professional knowledge by sharing online physical education; in addition, the evaluation scheme of teaching effect should be improved.
