Analysis on the Educational Reform in Mechanical Manufacture and Automation Based on "C-E-C"(Chamber of Commerce-Enterprise-College) Modern Apprenticeship

Abstract: The core idea of modern apprenticeship is the deep integration of college and enterprise for joint training, but in the process of implementation, it is found that enterprises' participation is not high and colleges' investment is not active. In view of this drawback, we adopt the "C-E-C"(chamber of commerce-enterprise-college) tripartite collaborative training in the mechanical manufacture and automation of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Textile and Garment. This paper analysis five aspects: Education mechanism, recruitment and enrollment mode, talent training mode, mentor team building and management system formulation. After five years of practice, this "C-E-C" training mode adheres to the function of higher education to serve the society and gives full consideration to the interests of enterprises, schools and apprentices.It is a collaborative training to further deepen the reform of modern apprenticeship.
