Research on the Realization Path of Higher Vocational Colleges' Subsidizing Education Function under the Concept of "Three Complete Education"

Abstract: The concept of "three aspects of education" reflects the state's attention to the education and management of colleges and universities, which also reminds colleges and universities to strengthen the ideological and political education of students and promote the overall development of students. The implementation of subsidizing and educating people is an effective way to comprehensively implement the party's and government's major strategic deployment of poverty alleviation through education and targeted poverty alleviation, and to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty. The function of subsidizing education in higher vocational colleges should be improved and developed under the concept of "three aspects of education". This paper mainly studies and discusses the current situation of university funding and the realization path of funding education.
