Abstract: It is inevitable and necessary to carry out cultural quality education in higher vocational colleges, which is directly related to the effect and quality of students' cultivation and the adaptability of talents to employment. This requires the reform of cultural quality education to adapt to the overall talent training objectives of the school, optimize the internal relationship, and promote the overall effect of cultural quality training. Through the analysis of the current situation of cultural literacy training in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the innovation strategies of cultural quality education reform, and provides reference for the optimization of the training effect of innovative talents and the optimization of cultural quality education in higher vocational colleges.
