The Construction and Development of Teaching Staff in Local Applied Universities under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Abstract: Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way to cultivate outstanding talents and promote the better development of society. As the main body of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local applied universities, the construction of its teaching staff will directly affect the development effect. Through investigation, it is found that the current faculty of local applied colleges and universities shows that the number of teachers needs to be expanded, the structure needs to be adjusted, the management needs to be standardized, and the quality needs to be improved. The reasons are mainly due to the teachers themselves, colleges level of influence. If you want to change the status quo, you can respond to and solve the problem by reforming professional standards, implementing the functions of the education authority, improving the internal management of colleges and universities, and giving play to the role of the corporate platform, thus laying the foundation for building a team of high-quality teachers.
