Methods 54 nursing interns in the hematology department of our hospital were included and randomly divided into two groups, the routine group and the observation group. The traditional teaching method was included in the conventional group, and the micro-class teaching method was included in the observation group to compare the effects of the two groups, such as theoretical assessment and practical skills. Results Compared with the conventional group, the results of the academic evaluation and practical operation skills in the observation group were significantly increased by P < 0.05; the teaching effect satisfaction of the observation group reached 100%, which was considerably higher than that of the conventional group (77.78%), and the comparison between the two groups was P < 0.05.
