Abstract: All along, Guangzhou institute of industry and commerce pays great attention to all staff grinding lessons, and knows the importance of all staff grinding lessons to improve teaching quality. In the entire school, a vigorous "grinding class" activity was carried out in the form of "open classes", "demonstration classes", and "teaching competitions." Through changing teaching concepts, using new teaching methods and teaching methods, and creating a good teaching atmosphere, the national standard is strictly implemented, and the teaching space is continuously expanded, and the "water lesson" and "gold lesson" are gradually eliminated. The quality of teaching is constantly improved.
