Constructing "Five-in-One" Practical Teaching System to Promote the Teaching Reform of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Application-Oriented Universities

Abstract: There are some problems in the course of ideological and political theory in application-oriented universities, such as emphasizing theory over practice, which leads to the students' lack of recognition and internalization, emphasizing indoctrination over response to reality, which leads to the course facing social problems directly, and emphasizing form over actual effect, which leads to the ineffective construction of practical teaching as a whole. In order to solve the practical teaching problems, according to the study characteristics of the applied undergraduate students and combining the teaching practice of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, this paper constructs a "five-in-one" practical teaching system of ideological and political theory course from five dimensions: content design, method path, carrier support, examination mechanism and popularization and application, exploring a new way for the practical teaching of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities.
