A Comparative Study of Adult Education Management Modes in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: At present, adult education in Colleges and universities is an important place for social personnel to continue education, which plays an extremely important role in improving the professional ability and technical level of social personnel. The effective management of adult education has a direct impact on its effectiveness. In this paper, the author analyzes the two main management modes of adult education, including the two stages of the management mode of adult education. Combined with the characteristics of each management mode and the situation of adult education management, this study further analyzes the application of adult continuing education management mode, in order to provide reference for relevant managers to do a better job in adult education management.
