Abstract: The function of peer education is an innovative education mode, which has different educational ideas, logic and skills from the traditional top-down education mode. The unidirectional teaching transmission mode in Colleges and universities is not suitable for the current new trend of education development, and is not conducive to the cultivation of all-round development of high-quality college students. In order to realize the cultivation and development of College Students' comprehensive quality, it is necessary for university educators to introduce and master the function of peer education in the process of education. This paper analyzes the practical path of peer education function in Civil Aviation Universities Based on their own work practice.
