Reform and Practice of Mathematics and Statistics Talents Training under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstract: In the process of talent training in local colleges under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, this research focuses on the lack of innovation awareness and ability of students, the incomplete innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system, the incomplete sorting and classification of talent training system, the urgent need to expand the construction of off-campus production, education and research bases and the insufficient teaching certification of innovation and entrepreneurship mentoring. This paper points out the manifestations of these problems, analyzes the causes of these problems, and gives specific solutions to these problems. Through practice, the feasibility and effectiveness of these programs have been tested.
