Abstract: Labor education in the new era is an indispensable part of Chinese education and an important part of continuously promoting quality education. From a historical point of view, this paper expounds the process of promoting the evolution of labor education in China, looks for the logical starting point of reshaping college students' labor values, analyzes the connotation of labor values in the new era, analyzes the significance and existing problems of College Students' labor values education, and puts forward the path of reshaping college students' labor values from the four aspects of concept, spirit, system and practice, so as to help colleges and universities to improve their labor values more effectively Carry out labor education.
