Abstract: With the rapid development of China's Convention and Exhibition industry, it is increasingly urgent to train skilled, applied and composite Convention and Exhibition talents. But the main body of exhibition talents training is facing difficulties in forming a stable discipline system, superficial level of students’ practice, confidence crisis about exhibition major construction and talent training. According to SECI model, we can construct the training path of exhibition talents from four levels: socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. Following this training path, we can focus on building a stable discipline system in the stage of presentation, deepening practical teaching in the stage of internalization, enhancing confidence in the construction of exhibition major in the stage of socialization, externalization and combination.
