Research on the Innovation of the Practice Teaching of Human Resource Management Course in Application-oriented University

Abstract: Application-oriented universities mainly aim at cultivating students' professional skills to improve their employability. In order to meet the requirement of society's human resources management talents, the major of human resources management and related courses are gradually emerging in universities, especially application-oriented universities.The practice teaching in training students' professional skills are particularly important. From the analysis of the current situation of the practice teaching, there are still some problems which affect the teaching quality. It is necessary to explore the new practice teaching mode of human resource management course. This paper focuses on the practice teaching innovation of human resource management course in application-oriented universities and puts forward some innovative suggestions from the aspects of course system, teaching mode and safeguard measures.
