Research on the Application of OSCE Model in Nursing Students——Take Endocrinology as an Example

Abstract: Objectivestructured clinical examination(OSCE) can provide an objective, orderly and organized assessment framework, and test the clinical ability of medical students by simulating clinical scenes. It is a clinical ability assessment method that pays equal attention to knowledge, skills and attitude. Compared with the traditional examination mode of written examination and single skill operation, OSCE examination mode can mobilize students' learning enthusiasm, improve students' problem-solving ability, cultivate their clinical thinking, and better evaluate their clinical comprehensive practice ability. It is an inevitable trend of higher nursing education teaching reform to apply OSCE examination mode in nursing practice.
