Research on the Process of Knowledge Sharing in Application Oriented Undergraduate Teaching——Taking the Ideological and Political Reform of Human Resource Management as an Example

Abstract: If education prospers, the country prospers. Need to adhere to the unity of explicit and implicit education, dig deep into the ideological and political elements and resources of the curriculum, and carry out all-round education for all staff. The purpose of application-oriented universities is to cultivate high-quality applied talents with both political integrity and ability to serve the regional economic development. Compared with explicit concepts, procedures, methods, steps and other teaching activities, application-oriented college students need teachers and students to strengthen the dissemination and sharing of tacit knowledge. Taking the ideological and political reform of human resource management course as an example, this paper analyzes the process of teaching knowledge sharing in application-oriented colleges and universities, and clarifies the mechanism of teaching knowledge sharing, so as to provide some reference methods and countermeasures for the ideological and political reform of application-oriented colleges and universities, and promote and improve the behavior and effectiveness of teaching knowledge sharing.
