Abstract: Online teaching of college students is an important guarantee to carry out the work of distance learning, and it is also an important reform of traditional teaching. It is one of the important tasks of online teaching to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability. This paper analyzes the aspects of school management, students' ideological awareness, incentive mechanism, teaching methods and shared courses. Based on the ideological and political teaching factors such as students' reverence for scientific research, establishing correct values and cultivating students' core literacy, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to cultivate students' online autonomous learning ability, so as to ensure the online learning work of college students the smooth development provides new ideas.
