Abstract: Scientific research education is an important part of the ideological and political work, and also an important approach of development, reform and innovation of colleges and universities. However, many colleges and universities attach importance to scientific research and neglect its education function, and become too utilitarian in pursuit of results. In view of this, starting from the background and connotation of scientific research education, this paper first analyzes the problems existing in scientific research education, and then puts forward the path of scientific research education in colleges and universities. By optimizing the scientific research management and improving the scientific research system and mechanism, teachers' enterprising and innovative scientific spirit and truth-seeking scientific research style can be enhanced, and the scientific and educational cooperative education mechanism integrating teaching and research can be established, so as to cultivate a group of high moral character, lofty aspirations, pragmatic, pragmatic, unremitting innovation talents of high quality.
