Abstract: The new generation of migrant workers is an important force in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and an important thrust for the advancement of Chinese society. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up school enterprise cooperation and promote the construction of vocational education and training mechanism for the new generation of migrant workers. China migrant workers' occupation one belt, one road occupation, is the important guarantee for the development of new urbanization. It is the inherent requirement of implementing the "one belt and one way" initiative, and is the inevitable requirement to promote the development of China's economy and the important content of building vocational education training system with Chinese characteristics. At present, the training and improvement of the new generation of migrant workers' vocational skills has become an urgent task. To complete this task, we need the full cooperation of the government, vocational colleges and enterprises.
