A Practical Study on the Tutorial System for Undergraduates

Abstract: The academic tutor system for undergraduates has been put forward for a long time. It is a new training system and management mode gradually developed and widely promoted on the basis of the original class teacher system and counselor system in higher education. This mode has been relatively mature in foreign universities, but it is still in the stage of exploration and research in China. The cooperative operation of different management and training modes, such as academic tutor, head teacher and counselor, will be more conducive to the cultivation of college students in the new era. The practical research on the academic tutor system will help different colleges and universities to widely promote this auxiliary talent training and management mode.
