Abstract: Real estate economics is one of the core courses of real estate development and management, engineering management, property management and other majors in Colleges and universities. In the traditional teaching mode, classroom teaching is conducted in the way of teachers' teaching and students' passive acceptance. The teaching effect of this teaching mode is not ideal, and it is difficult to adapt to the learning rhythm of college students in the new era. With the rapid development of information technology, flipped classroom, as a new teaching mode in the information age, is more and more used in the course teaching. This paper analyzes the problems in the course of real estate economics, and analyzes the characteristics of the flipped classroom under the background of "Internet plus education", and probes into the new teaching mode of the flip economics in real estate economics, with a view to improving the classroom teaching effect of the real estate economics and promoting the teaching reform of the course.
