Abstract: This paper takes the new business related majors of universities of applied technology as the research object,analyzes the laboratory construction background of new business of universities of applied technology based on the needs of application-oriented personnel training and regional economic development, analyzes the goal of the construction of new business of universities of applied technology based on the cultivation of new business talents, puts forward the construction and management of new business of universities of applied technology from the construction of management system, the construction of teaching staff, the construction of curriculum and the management of laboratory performance, and provides teaching integration, professional skills competition and vocational skills certificate training and appraisal as expectation.
