Abstract: In the new media era, information dissemination has changed the problems of slow communication speed and single communication channel in the past, so that people can understand the relevant information of events from various channels at the first time. In this context, how to further improve the education of higher vocational colleges has become a common concern of schools, teachers and parents. In the new media era, information can be transmitted to students from many channels. Higher vocational colleges should adopt reasonable ways to make students accurately judge the authenticity of information and help them form correct ideas. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of higher vocational colleges in education management from the perspective of the new media era, and solves them through concrete measures.
