Abstract: In order to meet the demand for high-level application-oriented talents under the "new normal" economic development, this paper first expounds the professional degree postgraduate education under the "new normal", then analyzes the existing difficulties of the professional degree postgraduate education under the "new normal", and finally puts forward several points of professional degree graduate education under the "new normal" combined with the actual situation Educational reform and innovation strategy.
