Abstract: From the perspective of "three whole education", reforming the innovation and entrepreneurship education system in Colleges and universities, strengthening rural innovation and entrepreneurship education, and leading university graduates to rural employment and entrepreneurship coincide with the National Rural Revitalization Strategy. Rural Revitalization Strategy needs a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, which gives birth to opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship, and also provides a practical platform for innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities. However, there are also challenges such as the disconnection between the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities and the demand for innovation and entrepreneurship ability in rural areas, the low willingness of college students to find jobs in rural areas, and the lack of practical platforms for college students' rural innovation and entrepreneurship. This paper proposes to build "Rural Revitalization Industry College", integrate rural innovation and entrepreneurship education into the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of colleges and universities, at the same time, do a good job in "curriculum ideological and political" construction, comprehensively promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities, and make it closely integrated with the strategy of serving rural revitalization.
