Abstract: The proposal of China's innovative development strategy has made the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents the focus of attention in the field of education. Colleges and universities, as the base of advanced technical personnel training, integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the basic curriculum system, which can effectively improve the overall quality of education and teaching, and better achieve the training objectives of innovative and entrepreneurial vocational skilled personnel. This paper analyses the dilemma of training innovative and entrepreneurial vocational skilled personnel, and puts forward the significance and path of training innovative and entrepreneurial vocational skilled personnel, with a view to providing reference for the development of innovative and entrepreneurial practical education.
