Research on the Reform Path of Talent Training in Colleges and Universities based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Orientation

Abstract: Higher education in China is developing in a diversified direction, especially the state now attaches great importance to the development of Vocational education. About 600 undergraduate colleges and universities in China have been transformed into applied undergraduate courses. The traditional mode of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities is not suitable for the needs of talent development at present. Reforming the mode of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities is proposed by the modern society to colleges and universities. New requirements have been made. The state attaches great importance to the innovation and entrepreneurship development of College students. Colleges and universities actively respond to the call of the state and attach importance to the development of students' innovation ability in the training of talents in higher education. Innovation ability is the core ability of students' development. This paper elaborates the innovation and entrepreneurship-oriented reform of talent cultivation mode in Universities from different aspects, hoping to provide reference for the experts and scholars who study the reform of talent cultivation mode in universities.
