Abstract: With the continuous development of Internet technology, the "Internet plus" industry has been fully developed, which provides many opportunities for contemporary university graduates to find employment and entrepreneurship. However, the advent of the "Internet plus" era has also put forward many new requirements for college students' employment and entrepreneurship. If college students cannot strictly demand themselves and continuously improve their abilities, they will still not be able to successfully obtain employment. Lack of professional entrepreneurial talents, lack of sufficient entrepreneurial experience, lack of sufficient social resources, lack of family support and understanding and other issues are still important factors restricting college students' employment and entrepreneurship. In order to change this situation, the government needs to provide college students with a stable entrepreneurial environment, colleges and universities provide college students with sufficient practical opportunities, students themselves must constantly improve their comprehensive strength, and the employment and entrepreneurship model of college students also needs to be continuously improved and optimized.
