Abstract: Art talent training has become an important part of the development of education in China. With the progress of society, Art colleges and universities, as the cradle of art talents training in China, are constantly innovating education mode to create applied art talents. At present, the way of international cooperation and exchange to promote school running has become the mainstream of many colleges and universities in China, And many art colleges have made outstanding achievements in the international cooperation training. With the trend of economic globalization, the mode of international cooperation in higher education will become an important talent training mode in the future. Based on the value and form of international education of art colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, so as to create applied art talents with more international vision.
