On the Training and Teaching Practice Path of Management Professionals from the Perspective of Student-Centered

Abstract: In the new round of industrial revolution in the world, in order to meet the new needs of social development, China has put forward a student-centered management talent training model, that is, to train the country with innovative and entrepreneurial ability of composite applied talents. As college education is an important part of talent training, which cannot be ignored, the application of student-centered talent training mode in college education must be studied in detail. Combining with the development of the new economy background, through a lot of practical research, analysis of the current management professional talent training in order to improve the problem determination, specific teaching curriculum design, and put forward the reasonable and effective suggestions for improvement, which has important reference significance for the continuous reform of management courses and the improvement of teaching quality.
