Research on the Undergraduate Training Mode of Tourism Management Major in Colleges and Universities based on T-P-R-T Cycle Path

Abstract: The transformation and upgrading of tourism industry in the new era puts forward new requirements for high-level tourism talents. However, there exist many problems in the undergraduate training of tourism management major in colleges and universities, such as the mismatch between supply and demand, the disconnection between theory and practice, and so on. By constructing the circular path of T-P-R-T tourism management talent training, taking Zhongnan University of economics and law as an example, this paper innovates the talent training mode and explores the circulation promotion path of curriculum teaching, industry practice and academic research in tourism talent training. The research shows that the tourism talent training in colleges and universities should form a sustainable and closed T-P-R-T cycle by innovating the course teaching system, perfecting the industrial practice link and strengthening the academic research training.
