Research on the Application Status and Improvement Strategy of WeChat in University Education Management Service

Abstract: WeChat has the characteristics of science and innovation, timeliness and convenience, efficiency and accuracy, which provides ideas for the mode innovation of university education management service. Under the new situation, how to deeply tap the advantages of WeChat, promote the education management and service work in Colleges and universities to adapt to the development of the times, and solve the new challenges faced by college students' work is the top priority of College Students' work. Therefore, based on the new era, this paper explores the functional classification and application status of WeChat in university education management service, and aims at many problems existing in the application of WeChat in university education management service: (1) backward ideology and lack of cognitive level; (2) blocked construction ideas and insufficient effective supply; (3) insufficient guarantee and low service efficiency. The improvement strategies are put forward from four aspects: development concept, system construction, improvement attitude and specific practice: (1) keep up with the pace of the times and innovate the development concept; (2) improve the rules and regulations and strengthen the security; (3) carry forward the craftsman spirit and provide excellent service; (4) distinguish the platform features and clarify the role division.
