Abstract: Developmental funding is a funding model that promotes students' full development, and is a new way of thinking about student funding for colleges and universities in my country. At present, my country's economic development has entered a new normal. In the context of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", innovation and entrepreneurship education focuses on cultivating the spirit of innovation, with the core of improving entrepreneurial ability, driving the independent construction and coordinated development of students' quality and ability. Development-oriented funding and innovation and entrepreneurship education have certain homogeneity in education goals, education methods, and education processes. We can combine development funding with innovation and entrepreneurship education, which is conducive to building a comprehensive funding education system, and can further deepen the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
