Abstract: The development of higher education is related to the implementation effect of national talent strategy, the effectiveness of talent training and the development of talent competitiveness. At present, the world is vigorously promoting the long-term development of higher education, and actively adopt diversified programs to improve the quality of teaching, to meet the current society's urgent demand for high-quality talents. China is a country that pays attention to the development of higher education, and in a series of education research found that promoting higher education evaluation in improving the quality of education development has a prominent advantage. In view of this situation, China should further promote the work of higher education evaluation, and do a good job in the evaluation-oriented perspective and research efforts, so as to form effective guidance for the development of higher education.
