Abstract: Many adult colleges and universities have set up legal core literacy courses in various majors. As a teacher of legal core literacy courses in adult colleges and universities, when the school arranges students from different majors to take legal core literacy courses together based on some factors, I has a personal experience of the conflicts and teaching problems in the teaching process. If students of different majors are allowed to take core legal literacy courses in mixed classes, it is very unfavorable for students of different majors to learn legal knowledge related to their majors and form legal literacy in their professional fields. This paper intends to analyze the relevant problems in combination with its own teaching practice for discussion by all parties concerned.
