Abstract: With the reform of the education system, major undergraduate colleges in our country are actively changing teaching methods and teaching concepts. In order to meet the needs of social development, all major undergraduate colleges need to combine reform requirements, base on the fundamentals of education, optimize and adjust innovative and entrepreneurial education channels, constantly explore the construction of guarantee mechanisms, and train students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability throughout every teaching link. By elaborating the meaning of innovation and entrepreneurship, the existing problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in local undergraduate colleges are analyzed, and effective management countermeasures are put forward, laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive development of balanced innovation and entrepreneurship education and the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in similar undergraduate colleges.
